This journal was created by Michaela of Twerk and Heal “because a lot of us are walking around with cysts and fibroids, waiting for the medical system to heal us or take something out of our bodies. Somewhere along the way, we forget that we already have what we need inside of us to support our own healing.  

Do not ignore treatments offered by your health care practitioner. This journal is intended to be a tool to help process and emotionally deal with the energy that manifested the cysts and fibroids to ultimately shrink, pass or dissolve them. Western medicine has its place, and can also miss the importance of how our body holds emotional and energetic trauma that ultimately manifests these issues into physical issues. So although we may get these medical issues surgically removed, have we dealt with the root of them so that they do not return?”
