This formula contains several herbs that create motion within the lymphatic system to gently cleanse and detoxify the body. However, our emotional wellbeing is heavily tied to our lymphatic system. Whenever we move lymph and clear stagnation from the body, inevitably we may remember things we haven’t thought of in a long time. At times these memories carry heavy emotions with them. Be prepared to feel a bit sensitive for a few days after you begin taking a few drops of Return to Self regularly. Be sure to provide appropriate space for yourself to process difficult emotions. If you feel overwhelmed then discontinue use.
