So we created this blend to help calm down your nervous system while settling your belly. Aromatic peppermint and fennel combine wonderfully with humble catnip to quiet down an uneasy stomach, while chamomile and lemon balm do double duty in soothing the spirit and calming things down via the gut-brain connection. A wonderful addition to any centering rituals you may already have in place.
